Local Produce

White Maple has partnered with MAC Gardens in Andover, NJ to source much of our produce each year between May and November. White Maple sources delicious tomatoes, Tuscan kale, asparagus, and much more from MAC Gardens. MAC Gardens is less than 50 miles from White Maple, and serving produce from their farm helps us to maintain a small carbon footprint. We are proud to support them.
