White Maple is an American café serving contemporary bistro cuisine with a strong focus on seasonal ingredients sourced as locally and sustainably as possible. Created by Ryan Brining, who attended the Institute of Culinary Education and worked at Daniel in New York, White Maple Café provides quality eats and exceptional service in a casual and inviting atmosphere.
The restaurant is open seven days a week for dinner, weekday lunch and weekend brunch. White Maple is a BYO that also serves wine by the bottle from Ventimiglia Vineyard (Wantage, NJ).
